Ingredients:
8g lotus seeds
6g euryale
8g Chinese yam
6g poria cocos
2 pcs chicken
100ml water
Seasonings:
¼ tsp salt
Methods:
- Scald skinned chicken in boiling water, rinse and put into stewing pot.
- Put all ingredients into stewing pot, pour in water and stew for 3 hours.
- Add salt, serve.
Functions:
Strengthens the spleen and whets the appetite; improves digestion.
