Ingredients:
1 pc mushroom
2g white fungus
8g lotus seed
4g barley
1 pc dried fig
1 pc candy date
4g Chinese yam
4g wolfberries
100ml stock
Seasonings:-
¼ tsp salt
Methods:
- Soak Chinese mushroom and white fungus. Remove the mushroom stem and harder part from white fungus. Cut dried fig into halves.
- Put all ingredients into stewing pot, pour in stock and salt, stew for 2 hours, Serve.
Functions:
Good for slimming and improves the immune system.
