300g pork liver (sliced)
Seasoning:
2 tbsp oyster sauce
½ tbsp sesame Oil
2 tbsp Chinese Hua Tiao wine
½ tbsp sugar
¼ tsp ground pepper
1 tsp corn flour
Ingredients C:
50g spring onions (cut into short lengths)
2 nos. red chillies (sliced)
