Panax Notoginseng Soup with Spare Ribs

Ingredients:
50g spare ribs
3 pcs dried longans
1g panax notoginseng (flattened)
100ml water

Seasonings:
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp rice wine

Methods:

  1. Scald spare ribs in boiling water for 5 minutes. Remove and drain.
  2. Put all ingredients into stewing pot, pour in water and stew for 3 hours.
  3. Add salt and rice wine, serve.

Functions:
Unblock blood vessels, stop bleeding and pain.
