Fried Pork Meatballs
1kg minced pork
1 sengkuang or turnip (finely chopped)
1 large carrot (finely chopped)
5 garlic (finely chopped)
10 shallots (finely chopped)
10 pcs cream cracker biscuits (crushed)
4 tbsp corn flour
1½ tsp salt
1½ tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp five-spice powder
1 tsp sesame oil
- Mix ingredients and seasoning in a mixing bowl and mix well.
- Marinate for 2-3 hours in the fridge.
- Take some meat in the palm and roll a pork meatball of 3cm (or 4cm) in diameter.
- Drop the pork meatballs into a pot of hot oil, deep fry till golden brown.
