Fried turmeric fish

Ingredients A:
6 Kampung fish (rinsed) (any type of fish you like)

Ingredients B:
1 small pack of turmeric powder
pinch of salt
1 spike of curry leaf (chopped)

 

Method:

  1. Mix ingredients B with some water, mix into paste. Rub all over the fish.
  2. Heat up ½ cup of oil, fry fish over medium heat until golden brown and crispy.
