1 Native chicken ( About 1 kg, chop into medium chunks)
100g raw turmeric
4 red chilli
3 each garlic, shallot
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
2 spikes curry leaf
- Blend Ingredients B with blender into paste. Fry it with some oil until fragrant.
- Add ingredients C, continue to fry for 2 minutes.
- Add chicken chunks, fry evenly. Pour 2 cups of water. Cover the pot. Braise over medium heat for 15 minutes.
