Tom Yam Crispy Chicken

Ingredients A:
5 chicken chopped
Salt to taste
2 tbsp tom yam sauce
1 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp shallots juice
1 tbsp garlic juice
2 stalks chopped serai
1 tbsp ketumbar powder

Ingredients B:
2 eggs

Ingredients C:
Gobest Multi purpose Crispy Flour


  1. Marinade A for 3 hours, stir in eggs and coat with crispy flour.
  2. Arrange chicken chopped in oven, bake at 250⁰C with meat facing up for 15 minutes.
  3. Turn skin up, bake until it turns golden brown. Remove and serve.
